Sinopse

This book is the fourteenth of the Talmudic Logic Studies series. These studies combine classic logical and Talmudic tools to get to the root of the logical insights found in the Talmud.áIn previous volumes, the authors ádiscussed ways of analyzing and synthesizing concepts, that is, ways in which two basic concepts can be put together, áforming a new combined concept. In the present volume the authors ádeal with the same picture , but from a different angle, that of joint (&ldquo, mixed&rdquo,) ownership. áIn the first part of the book the authors álook at the general concept of partnership and try to extract various logical models for &ldquo, mixing&rdquo, ( ownership). In the second part the authors ááádiscuss the legal and logical áimplications of the different models for the partnership, and in the third part the authors ádeal with more general á&ldquo, mixing&rdquo, áissues.
